These services are custom, time-based, and involve technical expertise. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that work may begin shortly after confirmation.


2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests may be considered only if work has not yet started.

  • Once work has commenced, refunds are generally not available due to the time and resources already allocated.

  • Partial refunds may be considered if only a portion of the agreed scope has been completed, at our sole discretion.


3. Service Delivery and Remediation

If deliverables are not provided in accordance with the agreed scope:

  • Clients may request revision, completion, or remediation of the work.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the agreed deliverables before any refund is considered.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Completed consulting sessions or advisory services

  • Delivered source code, technical assets, or documentation

  • Custom software developed according to client-provided specifications

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or required inputs


5. Subscription or Recurring Services (if applicable)

  • Clients may cancel recurring services at any time.

  • Cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only.

  • No refunds are provided for already billed periods.


6. Dispute Resolution

If you experience any issue with a service:

  • You agree to contact us first at: support@aggval.com

  • We aim to respond within 2–3 business days to resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and affect future service eligibility.
